Onion Halibut Bake

Seafood Fish 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 c Thinly sliced onions
1 tb Melted butter
1 tb Olive oil
1 ts Crushed dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Halibut steaks (4-6 oz each)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine onions, butter, olive oil, dill weed, salt and pepper in 9-inch
square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until onions
begin to brown. Season halibut, if desired; place on onion mixture and top
with a few of the onion slices. Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes
when tested with fork. Serves four.
