Onion-mushroom-bacon Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
6 Bacon, diced
1/2 Onion, sliced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 T Chopped parsley
3 T Olive oil
4 Eggs, beaten
1 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1 9 inch pie shell unbaked

INSTRUCTIONS

Saut mushrooms, bacon, onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil until
tender. Drain well and cool. Combine eggs, cheese and seasonings.  Stir
into onion-bacon mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake for 30  minutes
at 350ø. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.  CINDY MILLER (MRS. PATRICK)  From
