INGREDIENTS

Sliced white or rye bread
Mayonnaise
Medium-size sweet onions
Grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut bread into circles about 1 1/2  inches
in diameter. Spread mayonnaise on each bread round. Add a thin  slice
of onion. Spread more mayonnaise on the onion. Top with grated
Parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is lightly toasted, about 10
