INSTRUCTIONS
Mix well in blender. Put 2 teaspoons in your favorite coffee cup and fill
with boiling water. Aunt Tea M Relax and enjoy.
Just a note-- you can fill a pretty jar with this and give as a gift with
cinnamon sticks.
