INGREDIENTS

1 Vanilla pudding and pie
filling
2 c Light cream
1 T Brandy
1/4 c Flaked coconut
2 12 oz mandarin oranges
drained
1/2 c Dark brown sugar, firmly
packed

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare pudding according to package directions using light cream.
Cook until thick. Cool and stir in brandy. Top with mandarin oranges
and coconut. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Put under broiler until sugar
