INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Sugar
1/8 ts Cream of tartar
3 tb Water
1 Egg white
1 ds Salt
1 ts Grated orange rind
1/2 ts Orange flavoring
2 dr Red food coloring
2 dr Yellow food coloring

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, cream of tartar, water, egg white, and salt in the top of a
double boiler. Place over simmering water, and beat at high speed of an
electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Remove from heat; add orange rind, orange flavoring, and food colorings,
beating at high speed until well blended.
Per serving: 204 Calories; 0g Fat (0% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 50g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 162mg Sodium
