INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Marg.; (or shortening)
1/2 c Orange juice; (NOT concentrate)
1/2 c Orange juice CONCENTRATE
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 c WHITE raisins
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1/4 c O.J. concentrate
1/3 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 c Chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

TOPPING
Source: Mom (Mrs. Helen Newman, Toronto & Jerusalem)
~Cream marg.,O.J., concentrate, eggs & sugar.
~Add dry ingredients.
~In large mixer bowl, blend at lowest speed 1/2 minute, med. speed 3
minutes.
~Add white raisins & chopped nuts, blend.
~Pour into greased & floured 9x13" pan.
~Bake @ 350F for 30-40 mins.
~Drizzle remaining 1/4C O.J. conc. over HOT cake.
~Mix sugar, cinnamon and walnuts for topping. Sprinkle with topping.
~Smack your lips & enjoy!!!
