INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve 2 packets of unflavored gelatin in juice of 2 oranges. Heat
4 cups of milk on stove. When milk is hot, add grated rind of 2
oranges, + 1 cup of sugar + orang juice/gelatin mixture, stir. Beat
12 egg yolks (reserve the whites) in a bowl, then slowly stir into
milk mixture. Let it all simmer 20 min., stirring occaisionally. Whip
the 12 egg whites, gradually adding 6 Tbls. confectioner's sugar.
Fold the egg whites into the milk mixture, put it all in a bowl,
cover & refrigerate overnight.
