Orange Sauce (lite)

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Sugar
4 t Cornstarch
1/2 t Orange peel, finely shredded
1 c Orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small saucepan stir together sugar and cornstarch. Stir in  orange
peel and orange juice. Cook and stir till mixture is thickened  and
bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Cool
slightly before serving. Makes about 1 cup.  Thick and tangy. Can spoon
directly onto plate for pretty  presentation. Try with cheesecake or
