1/2 c Orange juice
1 T Butter
1 T Brown sugar
1/4 c Golden raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook grated carrots in orange juice, butter, brown sugar and raisines,
uncovered, until most of the liquid evaporates. Stir often. Serves 2.
