Strong coffee (use 2 tsp coffee to 3/4 cup water) |

Each: cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice. |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat the whites until stiff.
Beat yolks together with sugar. Add oil, liquid and honey. Add dry
ingredients.
Fold whites together with batter.
Bake in a 26 cm round pan for 3/4 hrs.
