INGREDIENTS

20 Plump dried figs
20 Walnut halves
125 g Ground walnuts or hazelnuts
1/2 cup
60 Honey, 3 tablespoons
1/2 c Clotted cream or thick

honey and a little water and bake at 200c. for about 8-10 minutes
until hot and bubbling. Serve warm with a little extra honey drizzled
