Oven-baked French Fillets

INGREDIENTS

500 g Fish fillets
1/2 c LF sour cream
2 t Dijon
1/2 t Tarragon
3 T Parmesan cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

In large oven dish, place fish and cover loosely with foil.  Bake at
450F for 5 mins (10 mins if using frozen fillets).  Drain off liquid.
In small bowl, mix together sour cream, dijon, and tarragon.  Spread
onto fish and sprinkle with parmesan.  Bake, uncovered for 5 mins
