Oven Barbecued Pork

INGREDIENTS

2 3/4 lb tenderloin
Veg. cooking oil
3 tb Ketchup
2 tb Vinegar
1 1/2 tb Maple syrup
2 ts Dijon mustard
1 ts Worchestershire sauce
1/8 ts Ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

trim fat from tenderloins. Place tenderloins on rack in roasting pan coated
with cooking spray.  Combine ketchup, vinegar, syrup, mustard,
worcestershire sauce and pepper and brush over tenderloin.
Heat oven to 400.  Bake uncovered, basting with remaining mixture, 30
minutes or until meat thermometer registers reaches 160.  Let stand 10
minutes.  Cut into thin slices.
