Oven Chicken Reuben

INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 cn (16 oz.) sauerkraut, well-drained
4 sl Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c Thousand Island salad dressing
1 tb Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Place chicken in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle w/salt & pepper or other spices.
Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly
over cheese. Cover w/foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until
fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle w/chopped parsley.
