Oven-Fried Herb Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c LAND O LAKES Butter
1 1/2 c Herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 tb Dried parsley flakes
2 ts Rubbed or ground sage
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 (2 1/2 – 3 lb)
Frying chicken
Cut into 8 pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat oven to 350.  In 13x 8 inch baking pan melt butter in over (5
minutes).  Meanwhile, in 9 inch pie pan combine stuffing mix, parsley,
sage, and garlic powder; mix well.  2. Dip chicken pieces into melted
butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mixture to coat.  Place, skin-side up,
in prepared pan.  Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.  3. Bake for 70 to 80
minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
