Oven Omelet Brunch

Eggs, Dairy Canadian Eggs 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Margarine
1 1/2 Dozen Eggs
1 c Sour cream
1 c Milk
2 ts Salt
1/4 c Green Onion; chopped
Oven Canadian style bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish; tilt
dish to coat bottom with butter.
In large bowl beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in
onion, pour into baking pan. Bake about 35 minutes until eggs are set but
still moist. While omelet is baking, bake Canadian style bacon. Cut omelet
into 12-3 inch squares. Arrange on large platter with bacon slices. Makes
12    servings.
