Over-stuffed Turkey Pitas

INGREDIENTS

1 T Veg oil
1 Onioin sliced
7 oz Leftover turkey strips
1/2 t Cajn spice or chilli powder
up to 1
5 1/2 oz Leftover stuffing broken up
about
4 Pita breads
Shredded lettuce – iceberg
or cos
1 Red onion cut into thin
slices
4 T Coured cream or greek
yoghurt
Chilli powder for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

~ BBC Good Food Dec 96 Serves 4. Prep. 10 mins, cooking time 5 mins
Heat oil in a ffrying pan and fry onion till golden and crispy.
Quickly stir in the turkey, cajun spice or chilli powder (not too
much) and the stuffing. Toss together until lightly browned and  warmed
through. Make a slit in each pitta. Mix the lettuce witht he  red onion
and pack into the bottom of each pitta bread. Pile the  turkey mixture
on top, and then add a dollop of sour cream or greek  yoghurt. Sprinkle
