2 Turkey thighs, skinned
1 Onion, chopped
And cubed
1 Garlic, clove minced
8 oz Sliced tomatoes
Undrained
1/4 c Cilantro leaves, chopped
2 Green peppers, seeded
1 T Cocoa powder, plain
Chopped
2 t Cumin seeds
3 Peppers, jalepeno
1/2 t Ground cumin, or 1 T chili
Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs  at
low heat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze
