INGREDIENTS

2 Turkey thighs, skinned
1 Onion — chopped
And cubed
1 Garlic, clove — minced
8 oz Sliced tomatoes —
Undrained
1/4 c Cilantro leaves — chopped
2 Green peppers — seeded
1 tb Cocoa powder — plain
Chopped
2 ts Cumin seeds
3 Peppers, jalepeno —
Chopped
1/2 ts Ground cumin — or 1 T chili
Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low
heat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in
single serving portions if desired. 295 calories each
