Overtime Pudding For One

INGREDIENTS

1 c Bread cubes
1 T Butter melted
1 Egg
2 T Sugar
1/2 c Milk, half and half or cream or-
1/8 t Nutmeg -and-, Nutmeg -and- or-
1 T Lemon juice, Lemon juice or- or-
1 T Candied fruit

INSTRUCTIONS

My Mom sent this recipe to me and it might just help when you get a
craving for bread pudding and have access to a microwave.  Put the
bread in a 16-ounce glass custard cup. Toss the melted butter  with the
bread. Beat the egg and then mix in the sugar and milk. Stir  in your
choice of the seasonings. Pour the egge mixture over the  bread and
mix. Sprinkle over choice of optional additions, if  desired. Microwave
on high for about 3 minutes or until the custard  is set, stirring once
