INGREDIENTS

12 Oysters
1 c Oyster liquid
3 tb Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Shell and mince oysters. Reserve their liquid.
2. Bring oysters and their liquid to a boil; then simmer, covered, 20
minutes.
3. Strain mixture through a sieve, discarding oysters; stir in soy sauce.
4. Pour into a jar, cap tightly, and store in a cool place.
