INGREDIENTS

1 pt Oysters
4 tb Butter or margarine
4 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully clean fresh oysters, or drain canned oysters. Melt butter or
margarine; add drained oysters and cook for 3 minutes, or until edges curl.
Add milk, salt, and pepper, and bring almost to boiling point. Serve hot.
Garnish with paprika. Yield: 6 servings.
