Pan-fried Sherry Pork

INGREDIENTS

8 Boneless pork steaks
1 1/2 T Oil
1 T Medium-dry sherry
1 Clove garlic
Salt and freshly-ground
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and roughly chop garlic. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry pork
steaks until browned on both sides.  Add in garlic. Fry for one minute.
Adde in sherry, salt and  freshlyground pepper.  Cook until sherry is
dissolved. Check pork is cooked through and  serve.  Converted by
