Paneer Cutlets

INGREDIENTS

250 g Panner; (cottage cheese)
2 Spring onions; finely chopped with
(2 to 3)
; tops
1 tb Finely minced green chillies
1 ts Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tb Finely chopped coriander leaves
1 Egg; beaten
Breadcrumbs
2 ts Finely chopped
Oil for frying
Mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Crumble paneer with hand or mash with a fork. Mix in chillies, coriander,
mint, onions, chilli powder and salt. Shape into flat round balls. Dip in
egg, then in breadcrumbs. Let dry for 5-10 minutes.
In hot oil, deep fry cutlets till golden brown on both sides. Serve with
toast or in round bread rolls, as for hamburgers, with tomato and onion
slices.
