3 Ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and
diced
1 Ripe papaya
Peeled, seeded and diced
1/3 c Canola oil
1/4 c Apple cider vinegar
1 T Honey
1/2 t Ground white pepper
1/2 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

MAKES 2 CUPS VEGAN/HONEY  This unique dressing combines the natural
sweetness of tropical  fruits with the savory tanginess of vinegar.
Serve it over mixed  leafy greens, mesclun, or braised or grilled
vegetables.  In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and
process  until smooth. Pour dressing into a serving container. Cover
and  refrigerate until ready to use.  PER TABLESPOON: 29 CAL.; 0 PROT.;
2G TOTAL FAT (0 SAT. FAT); 2G  CARB.; 0 CHOL.; 37MG SOD.; 0 FIBER.
