Paprika Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

6 lg Baking potatoes
1 lg Onion
1 ts Paprika (up to 2)
2 tb Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375. Peel potatoes and slice approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Peel onion and slice thinly. Toss potatoes, onion, paprika and oil in a
large bowl until all potato slices are coated with oil and paprika. Place
in a dish, cover with foil and bake 45 mins. Uncover and bake a further 30
mins.
Quantities are completely variable. I confess to not measuring anything. I
use as many potatoes as I think I need, and just sprinkle the paprika and
