Parm and Rom Salad Dressing

Dairy Dressing 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Parmesan cheese
2 oz Romano cheese
2 Cloves garlic
1 tb Parsley
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Water
1 1/2 tb Honey
1/2 md Onion; thinly sliced
1/2 c Cucumber; thinly sliced
1/2 c Radishes; thinly sliced
Mixed salad greens

INSTRUCTIONS

Put in food  procsessor, cheeses, garlic,parsley,salt & pepper mix.  Now
add vinegar, lemon juice, water and honey and mix well. It should have a
slightly thick grain texture. Put onions , cucumber and radishes in with
the mixed salad greens then spoon dressing on and mix.
