Parmesan Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 c Dry bread crumbs
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Frying chicken (3 to 3 an 1/2 pounds) cut into pieces
4 tb Butter or margarine; melted

INSTRUCTIONS

In a shallow pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, garlic salt and
pepper. Dip chicken pieced in butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Arrange,
skin side up, without touching, in a lightly greased baking pan. Bake ,
uncovered, in a 359 degree oven for l hour or until meat near thighbone is
no longer pink when slashed. Makes 4 servings.
I used 8 chicken thighs and they were very satisfactory
