Parmesan Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter or margarine, melted
2 ts Dijon mustard
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Dry bread crumbs
1/2 c Grated Parmeasan cheese
6 Chicken breast halves (up to 8)

INSTRUCTIONS

Hi Lynne, here's a recipe I posted a while back and it came from an old
"Taste of Home" magazine. It's quite tasty and easy to make.
In a bowl, combine butter, mustard, worchestershire sauce and salt. In a
plastic bag, combine crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in butter
mixture, then shake in crumb mixture. Place in an ungreased 13x9x2 baking
pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for
40-45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Yield: 6-8 servings
