Parmesan-cornmeal Sticks

INGREDIENTS

1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal
1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2 T Sesame seeds, toasted
3/4 t Baking soda
1/4 t Salt
1/8 t Ground red pepper
1/2 c Skim milk
1 T Vegetable oil
Vegetable cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk
and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients
are moistened.  Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface; roll
to an 8-inch  square. Using a pizza cutter or pastry wheel, cut dough
into 4  (4-inch) squares, and cut each square into 8 (1/2-inch-wide)
strips.  Arrange strips on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until crisp. Let cool  completely
on a wire rack. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 4 sticks).  Per
serving: 138 Calories; 4g Fat (28% calories from fat); 5g  Protein; 20g
