INGREDIENTS

16 oz Brie cheese round; fully ripened
1 c Finely chopped ham
2 tb Pesto sauce
2 tb Chopped toasted pecans
1 ts Honey
Assorted crackers and/or apple and pear slices

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the cheese in half crosswise. Place the bottom half on a heat-proof
plate, cut side up. Remove rind from top half of cheese. Combine ham and
pesto sauce. Spread on bottom half of cheese. Cover with top half of
cheese. Sprinkle pecans over top. Drizzle with honey. Broil 8 inches from
heat 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot with crackers and/or fruit.
Serves 16. Nutritional information per serving: calories 124; protein 8 g;
carbohydrates I g; fat 10 g; cholesterol 34 mg; sodium 305 mg. Formatted by
