Meringue; crumbled |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the meringues, strawberries and milk in a blender or food processor,
then whizz.
Add the ice cream and the seeds and pulp of 2 passion fruit. Blend again.
Taste and add extra milk if you like a thinner drink, or extra ice cream if
you like it thicker.
Pour into tall glasses and serve, topped with the crumbled meringue,
passion fruit pulp and whipped cream, if using.
