INGREDIENTS

1 t Butter
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Milk
1 1/2 oz Bittersweet chocolate
melted

INSTRUCTIONS

source: Second Helpings Please  Melt butter in saucepan. Add the sugar
and milk. Heat to boiling,  stirring constantly. Blend in chocolate.
Boil without stirring, until  mixture spins a soft ball when dropped in
cold water. (234*) . Cool  and beat until spreading consistancy. If too
