Passover Farfel Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Nuts; (hazel/walnuts)
3 tb Cinnamon
3 tb Sugar
3 Whole egg
2 c Cottage cheese
1 c Sour cream
1/3 c Oil
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Raisins
2 c Matzo Farfel
1 3/4 c Apricot Jam; chunky

INSTRUCTIONS

TOPPING
PUDDING
:          Topping
:          Mix together set aside.

:          Soak Farfel in cold water;
:          -drain well.
:          Beat the eggs until light;
:          -add sugar
:          gradually and continue
:          -beating. Add rest
:          ingredients and mix well.
:          -Pour into a
:          pam coated 12 x 7 1/2 x 2
:          -pan. Add
:          topping Oven @ 350; (f) 40-45
:          minutes
