INGREDIENTS

1 c Matzoh meal
3 T Plus 1 t. sugar
6 T Butter, or margarine 8
pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9-in. pie pan. Insert metal
blade. Place all ingredients in work bowl and process until well
blended, about 25 to 30 seconds. Press into the bottom and up the
sides of pie pan.  Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool completely before
