Passover Toffee Squares

INGREDIENTS

1 c Pareve margarine
1 c Matzohs cake meal
1 Egg
8 oz Chocolate or chocolate chips (pareve) melted
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Walnuts, finely chopped
1 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream Margarine, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in egg,
beating well Add cake meal gradually. Blend well. (dough will be stiff)
Lightly grease a 9 X 13 pan. Spread dough out evenly Bake at 350 degrees
for 20-25 minutes Take out of oven Spread melted chocolate over top and
sprinkle with nuts. Press nuts lightly into chocolate. Cut into squares
