Pasta With Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

G Granaroli XBRG76A
MM:MK VMXV03A
1 Head fresh broccoli
3 T Butter
1/4 c Olive oli
4 Cloves garlic minced or 4
tb ready chopped garlic
1 Onion chopped
1/2 c White wine or chicken broth
Salt & fresh grnd pepper
to taste
12 oz Pasta cooked
Grated cheese for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Cook in salted water
until crisp. Drain well and set aside. In a pan, melt butter in olive
oil. Sautee onion until translucent. Add garlic and simmer for 1
minute. Add broccoli, and wine or broth and simmer 3 minutes. Add  salt
and pepper. In a large bowl mix drained pasta with broccoli  mixture.
Toss well. Serve immediately with grated cheese for topping.  From
