INGREDIENTS

14 oz Chopped tomatoes with juice OR 1 can recipe ready tomatoes
1 Piemento; chopped
2 tb Apple cider vinegar; or to taste
1 ts Jalapeno pepper; diced
1 tb Sugar; or to taste
Chopped shallots
Salt and pepper
1 Clove garlic; minced with
Salt
Pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Put into a blender and mix all. Adjust seasoning to your taste. Transfer to
a glass container. Refrigerate overnight or up to 1 week.
