Patty Ann’s Mocha Nut Butter Balls

Grains Christmas, Cookies 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 c Butter; softened
1/2 c Granulated Sugar
2 ts Vanilla Extract
2 ts Instant Coffee
1/4 c Cocoa Powder
1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Walnuts Or Pecans; finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Oven 325° F.
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light.  Add next four ingredients.
Mix well.  Add nuts.  Shape in 1" balls on ungreased cookie sheets.  Bake
at 325° for about 17-20 minutes. Roll in 4x sugar while warm.
