Pea And Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

10 oz Frozen green peas; thawed
1 c Cubed cheddar cheese
1/4 c Chopped celery
2 tb Chopped onion
2 tb Sweet red pepper
1/3 c Salad dressing
Salt and pepper
6 md Tomatoes
1 tb Paprika
Leaf lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook peas according to package directions. In a large bowl, combine peas,
cheese, celery, onion, sweet red pepper, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
Core and hollow out fresh tomatoes. Fill tomatoes with pea mixture.
Sprinkle on paprika. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, place tomatoes
on top of lettuce leaves.
Approximately 5 minutes
