INGREDIENTS

1 9" unbaked pie shell
3 Eggs
1 c Light corn syrup
1/4 c Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
2 tb Butter, softened
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Spanish peanuts, chopped
1/2 c Flaked coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

from "Goin' Nuts" ...a variation of pecan pie....
Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, salt,
butter & vanilla. Blend well at medium speed. Stir in peanuts & coconut.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 35-45min or til crust is
golden. Cool thoroughly for several hours. Serve w/ whipped cream or
