INSTRUCTIONS

Cream all ingredients except peaches together. Pour into 9x11 slightly
greased & floured baking dish. Pour peaches (or 1 can cherries, or
whatever) over the cake batter (juice and all). Sprinkle with 1/2 cup
sugar. Bake at 375 for 45 mins. or until toothpick inserted into cake part
comes out clean (@45 to 55 mins).
