INGREDIENTS

1 Stick butter
1 c Self rising flour
1 c Sugar
1 c Milk.
1 qt Fruit; prepared drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350. Put 1 stick of butter in baking pan, and leave in oven
until melted. Meanwhile mix 1 cup self rising flour and 1 cup of sugar with
1 cup milk. Remove pan from oven when butter is melted and pour batter
directly into sizzling butter. Pour in 1 quart prepared drained fruit and
put in oven. Bake at 350 for about 40 min. (dough > ses to top to form
brown, crisp crust.) Serve with whipped cream or Ice Cream. Absolutly
