INGREDIENTS

6 Peaches
350 Pinot Noir
2 T Warm runny honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Dip peaches in boiling water for a few seconds. Remove skins, half the
peaches, remove stones and slice.  Put about a quarter of the wine in a
bowl with the honey and whisk to  dissolve, then add rest of the wine
and sliced peaches.  Chill for at least 4 hours for the flavour to
develop and serve as is.  Serves 6.  Converted by MC_Buster.  Per
