Mix the above ingredient well and roll into balls, refrigerate 5 hours.
In double boiler, melt 12 oz. chocolate chips, and melt 1 birthday candle.
(after wax is melted, remove wick). Dip balls in chocolate. Place on wax
paper to dry.
