Peanut Butter-bran Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 c Bran
2 t Baking Powder
1 T Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c Peanut Butter
1/2 c Lowfat Milk
1/3 c Peanuts, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the
remaining ingredients and blend.  Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper
muffin cups.  Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.  Makes 8
