Peanut Butter Marinated Ribs

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Peanut butter
1/2 c Soy sauce
3 tb Honey
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Minced ginger
1 ts Minced garlic
1/8 ts Crushed red pepper
1 lb Pork ribs

INSTRUCTIONS

In bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, ginger,
garlic and red pepper; stir to blend.
Place ribs is shallow baking pan; pour marinade evenly over meat.
Cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours, turning meat once.
Prepare grill for cooking.  Wipe excess marinade from meat.  Cook
turning frequently, 45-60 minutes.  Source: Woman's Day Meals in
