1/2 c Crunchy peanut butter
1 Onion; minced
1 Lemon grass stalk; minced
1 c Coconut milk
1 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine with whisk or fork. Serve at room temperature with Thai satay.
