Peanut Rice

Grains Rice, Rice cooker 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3 c Cooked Rice
1 c Celery; finely chopped
1/2 c Salted Skinless Peanuts; finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together rice, celery, and salted peanuts in nonstick pan. Cover and
steam until hot, about 5 minutes. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water if too dry.
NOTES : The popular Southern name goober is from an African word for
peanut, nguba. Delicious with chicken or ham.
